Terms of Service

By creating an account on the OPS ONE website and participating in our servers, you agree to the following terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be 16 years of age or older to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must not share your login credentials or allow others to use your account. Any breach of our rules through your account is your responsibility.

3. Conduct

You agree to treat all players and staff with respect. Harassment, hate speech, cheating, exploiting, intentional team killing, and advertising other communities are strictly prohibited. OPS ONE staff have final authority on all in-game and community disputes.

4. Modifications

You may not modify the game client or use any third-party software to gain an unfair advantage. This includes aimbots, ESP, and any unauthorised macro or scripting tools.

5. Privacy

We store your Discord ID and your linked platform account details (Xbox Gamertag, Steam profile, or PlayStation username) for the purpose of managing your account and tracking in-game statistics. This data is not sold to third parties. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting staff via Discord.

6. Bans & Termination

OPS ONE reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these terms without notice or refund. Bans may be appealed via the Discord ticket system.

7. Donations

All donations are voluntary and non-refundable. Donation perks are provided as a courtesy and may change at any time. No donation confers any gameplay advantage beyond cosmetic recognition.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
